Thedataset contains the datafor obtaining the resultspresented in the article 3D particle-in-cell simulations of negative and positive streamers in C4F7N-CO2 mixtures. It includes (1) the PIC/MCCsource code; (2) transport data files as input; (3) configuration files for simulation execution;and (4) outputlog files (which contain information about the physics and numerical properties of the simulations).
