This file presents a collection of multispectral images of algarrobo trees captured using a multispectral Phantom 4 RTK drone from January to October 2023.The images are categorized into two classes, labeled as seed trees ("plus") and non-seed trees ("no plus"), with each class containing five hundred images in *.mat format, numbered consecutively.The main folder is titled "mat_files," which includes two subfolders: "files_plus" and "files_noplus" for the plus and no plus classes, respectively. The subfolders are provided in ZIP format for convenient downloading.
