The directory contains: Trajectories of fish-only, biohybrid, or simulated agent pairs (filename_positions.dat). Arobot index file (filename_ridx.dat) that corresponds to each trajectory file, that contains the robots ID (starting from 0) in the experiment, or a negative ID in the case of fish-only and simulated experiments. A brief explanation of thedirectorys contents: Fish-only pairs: Processed trajectory files that amount to approximately 11h of clean data. These files have been produced from approximately 16h of experiments, by removing freezing instances. Biohybrid pairs: Processed trajectoryfiles that amount to approximately 11h of clean data. These files have been produced from approximately 11h of experiments, by removing freezing instances. DLI pairs: Generated trajectory files that amount to approximately 11h ofdata. DLIv2 pairs: Generated trajectory files that amount to approximately 11h ofdata that were produced with DLIv2.
