Abstract: In this paper we show that Diophantine problem for quadratic equations in Baumslag-Solitar groups $BS(1,k)$ and in wreath products $AwrmathbbZ$, where $A$ is a finitely generated abelian group and $mathbbZ$ is an infinite cyclic group, is decidable.
