Description

Dark Matter (DM) induced electronic excitation rates for Si and Ge computed with EXCEED-DM-v0.1.0. Scattering rates are binned in energy and momentum deposition. Computed for heavy and light mediatorsand many DM masses. DFT input can be found here: EXCEED-DM: DFT-computed electronic wave functions for Si and Ge | Zenodo. Calculations with a free final state assume Z = 1.
