Explicit formulae for primes in arithmetic progressions, I

Abstract: We shall give an explicit formula for

p s i (x, q, a)

with an error term of the form

under the condition that

is nonexceptional, for various values of

and

. We shall also give an explicit formula for

p s i (x, q, a)

with error terms

working whether

is exceptional or nonexceptional, but under the condition that

f r a c 0.4923 A p i q^{1 / 2} l o g^{2} q < l o g x / l o g l o g x

. Moreover, we shall give an explicit form of Bombieri-Vinogradov theorem over non-exceptional moduli.
