Description

This is the input dataset for the data visualization tools Galaxy training. It was derived from the `UbiLength` data contained in theDEP R package and processed according to the workflow in the DEP vignette. Finally, after differential expression testing, columns ending with "_significant" were transformed from logical (TRUE/FALSE) to integer values (1/0) so that they would be properly formatted for the UpSet plot.
