This package is organized as follows:- `collect_repos_java` contains the result of the first step (finding locally executable repositories)- `collect_bugs_java_2023` contains the result of the second step (selecting locally executable bug-fixes)- `filter_bugs_java_2023` contains the result of checking for flakyness and offline reproduction Moreover, the reproduction environments for the 200 final bugs can be found, split in two due to size limitations, at:- https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.10288439- https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.10291027
