Abstract: Let be a commutative ring with a non-zero identity and be its Jacobson graph. We show that if and are finite commutative rings, then if and only if and . Also, for a Jacobson graph , we obtain the structure of group of all automorphisms of and prove that under some conditions two semi-simple rings and are isomorphic if and only if .
