In this paper, the authors study the problem of finite rank singular perturbations of a nonnegative selfadjoint operator acting on a Hilbert space. First, they obtain the extension of singular elements and domain representation of perturbed operators. Then, using admissible matrices and admissible large coupling limits, they treat the regularization of operators perturbed by finite singular elements. Furthermore, they introduce the \(p(t)\)-homogeneous operator under a one-parameter family of unitary operators. For the \(p(t)\)-homogeneous operator, they obtain an operator realization of the singular perturbation with symmetries and uniqueness of admissible large coupling limits. Although this paper treats the problem in an abstract framework, the obtained results are physically meaningful for boundary perturbations of selfadjoint operators and for Schrödinger operators with singular potentials.
