The paper deals with finitely generated by \(f_1,\dots,f_s\) semigroups \(G\) of rational maps on the Riemann sphere \(\overline{\mathbb C}\). Let \(f: \Sigma_s \times\overline{\mathbb C}\to \Sigma_s \times\overline{\mathbb C}\) be the skew product map associated with \(\{f_1,\dots, f_s\}\) given by the formula \(f(\omega,z) = (\sigma(\omega), f_{\omega_1}(z))\), where \((\omega,z) \in \Sigma_s \times\overline{\mathbb C}, \omega=(\omega_1, \omega_2,\dots)\), \(\sigma: \Sigma_s \to \Sigma_s\) denotes the shift map and \(\Sigma_s= \{1,\dots,s\}^N\) is the space of one-sided sequences of \(s\)-symbols endowed with the product topology. Define compact the set \(J(f) = \overline{\bigcup_{\omega \in \Sigma_s}\{\omega\}\times J_\omega},\) where \(J_\omega\) is the set of all \(z \in\overline{\mathbb C}\) such that \(\{f_{\omega_n} \circ\dots\circ f_{\omega_1}\}_{n \in \mathbb N}\) is not normal in any neighborhood of \(z\). The authors prove that under some additional conditions for a Hölder continuous function \(\psi: J(f) \to\mathbb R\) there exist a unique equilibrium state (i.e., invariant measure satisfying some properties) and unique \(\exp(P(\psi)-\psi)\)-conformal measure, where \(P(\psi)\) denote the pressure of \((f|_{J(f)}, \psi).\)
