The isolated conical singularities modelled on the union of two transversely intersecting special Lagrangian submanifold planes in \(\mathbb{C}^{n}\) are studied. The principal problem considered in this paper is the regularization of the union of two compact embedded special Lagrangian submanifolds (\(SLags\)) with an isolated point of transverse intersection satisfying the angle criterion. Because in this case there are no boundaries, new degrees of freedom are introduced by deforming the Calabi-Yau structure of the ambient manifold. One considers two \(SLags\), \(M_{1}\) and \(M_{2}\), of a compact Calabi-Yau manifold \(X\) that intersect transversely at a single point. The union \(M_{1}\cup M_{2}\) is interpreted as a singular \(SLag\) of \(X\) with a single isolated singularity. The conditions of regularization of \(M_{1}\cup M_{2}\) are studied. It is proven that this is possible in the following two cases: (1) when \(\dim _{C}X=3\), \(Hol(X)=SU(3)\), and \(\left[ M_{1}\right] \) is not a multiple of \(\left[ M_{2}\right] \) in \(H_{3}\left( X\right) \); (2) when \(X\) is a torus with \(\dim _{C}X\geqslant 3\), \(M_{1}\) is flat, and the intersection \(M_{1}\cap M_{2}\) satisfies the angle criterion. Some examples of non-flat \(SLags\) of Calabi-Yau tori are given to illustrate the case (2).
