Let \(R=k[x_1,\ldots,x_s]\) be a polynomial ring over a field \(k\) (where \(s\geq 1\)) and \(G\) a finite simple graph on the vertex set \(\{x_1,\ldots,x_s\}\). The graph ideal of \(G\) is the ideal \(I(G)=(x_ix_j: \{x_i,x_j\} ~\text{is an edge of }G\)
