Note on the degenerate gamma function (Q2198327)

The properties of the so-called degenerate gamma function are studied in this paper. The authors obtain an analytic continuation of the degenerate gamma function as a meromorphic function on the whole complex plane, and they also found out the difference formula, the values at positive integers, some expressions following from the Weierstrass and Euler formulas for the ordinary gamma function, and an integral representation as an integral along a Hankel contour.
