The author develops a three-dimensional solver for a time dependent Vlasov-Maxwell system subject to well-posed boundary conditions for the Vlasov equation. The equations are first Fourier transformed into three velocity components and then solved numerically in spatial coordinates and time. Particularly chosen boundary conditions for Fourier transformed velocity components yield dissipative effects in the numerical procedure and stable final solutions. The numerical examples of the scheme reproduce the known wave-modes in magnetized plasmas.
