On uniqueness and properties of periodic solution of second-order nonautonomous system with discontinuous nonlinearity (Q2410714)

The paper discuss an automatic control system governed by a second-order equation of type \[ \ddot{x}+g_1\dot{x}+g_2x=u+k \psi(t), \] where \(g_1,g_2,k\) are constants, \(u=F(x,\dot{x})\) is a discontinuous control action and the periodic continuous function \(\psi\) describes the external influence on the control object in the system. The authors obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique asymptotically stable or unstable periodic solution.
