The paper presents two versions of the Gauss-Bonnet and Poincaré-Hopf theorems for orbifolds with boundaries. The author works with orbifolds as defined by \textit{I. Satake} [Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 42, 359--363 (1956; Zbl 0074.18103), `J. Math. Soc. Japan 9, 464--492 (1957; Zbl 0080.37403)], i.e., the group actions have fixed point sets of codimension 2, so reflections with respect to hyperplanes are not allowed. The 4 main theorems are presented in the first section. Section 2 recalls definitions of the main objects studied in the paper: orbifolds and orbifolds with boundary using defining families as well as the tangent bundle of an orbifold. Then, the author introduces the Euler curvature form following the classical definition of \textit{S.-S. Chern} [Ann. Math. (2) 45, 747--752 (1944; Zbl 0060.38103)], which were adopted to the orbifold case by \textit{I. Satake} [J. Math. Soc. Japan 9, 464--492 (1957; Zbl 0080.37403), see also \textit{J.-P. Sha}, Ann. Math. (2) 150, No. 3, 1151--1158 (1999; Zbl 0980.57012)], and finally, the definitions of the orbifold Euler-Satake characteristic and inner orbifold Euler-Satake characteristic. Section 3 presents the study of the cohomology of the Euler form and its secondary form in the Chen-Ruan cohomology [cf. \textit{W. Chen} and \textit{Y. Ruan}, Commun. Math. Phys. 248, No. 1, 1--31 (2004; Zbl 1063.53091)], containing the usual cohomology as a direct summand. In the first part of the section, the construction of the Chen-Ruan cohomology is recalled. The second part contains the proofs of the Gauss-Bonnet and Poincaré-Hopf theorems in the Chen-Ruan cohomology.
