Let \(F\) be a field of characteristic \(p>2\). A Lie p-superalgebra (restricted Lie superalgebra) \((L,[p])\) is a Lie superalgebra \(L=L_{\bar 0}\oplus L_{\bar 1}\) over \(F\) with a fixed mapping \([p]: L\longrightarrow L\) such that \(L_{\bar 0}\) is a Lie \(p\)-algebra, \(ad(a+b)^{[p]}=(ada)^p+(adb)^{2p}\) and \((sa+tb)^{[p]}= s^pa^{[p]}+t^{2p}b^{[p]}\) for \(a\in L_{\bar 0}, b\in L_{\bar 1}\). In the paper for restricted Lie superalgebras \(L\) the theory of Frattini subalgebras \(F(L)\) (the intersection of all maximal subsuperalgebras), Frattini ideals \(\phi (L)\) (the largest (super) ideal of \(L\) contained in \(F(L)\)) and their counterparts \(F_p(L)\), \(\phi _p(L)\) for maximal \(p\)-subalgebras and p-ideals is developed. In particular, the characterization of Lie p-superalgebras such that \(\phi _p(L)=0\) (\(\phi _p\)-free superalgebras) is obtained. The relationships of \(E\)-\(p\)-restricted and \(E\)-restricted Lie \(p\)-superalgebras are discussed. The \(E\)-\(p\)-restrictedness (resp. \(E\)-restrictedness) of a Lie \(p\)-superalgebra \(L\) means that \(\phi _p(S)\subset \phi _p(L)\) (resp. \(\phi (S)\subset \phi (L)\)) for any \(p\)-subalgebra (resp. for any subalgebra) \(S\) of \(L\).
