Let \(X\) be a variety in the biprojective space \(\mathbb{P}_{\mathbb Q}^{n_1-1}\times\mathbb{P}_{\mathbb Q}^{n_2-1}\) defined by the bihomogeneous polynomial \[ F_i(x;y)=0,\;1\leq i\leq R. \] After introducing a height function \(H(x;y)\), the author studies the distribution of rational points on \(X\). In fact, given some conditions, asymptotic formulas for the number of rational points on \(X\) are given with respect to \(H(x;y)\) using the circle method. This yields a proof for a conjecture of Manin for certain smooth hypersurfaces in biprojective spaces of sufficiently large dimension.
