Generates cell-level cytokine activity estimates using relevant information from gene sets constructed with the 'CytoSig' and the 'Reactome' databases and scored using the modified 'Variance-adjusted Mahalanobis (VAM)' framework for single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data.
