We develop an incremental tensor-train compression algorithm operating directly on streaming TT-formatted data, which updates an accumulated TT representation through core-wise projection, residual orthogonalization, and adaptive enrichment. This method retains only the complementary information that cannot be represented within a prescribed tolerance and yields efficient reduced-order models from compressed low-rank solution data.
