We develop a family of high-order discontinuous cut finite element methods for scalar hyperbolic conservation laws on complex domains, combining macro-element stabilization with flux limiting to preserve the maximum principle and robustness across arbitrary boundary cuts. Numerical experiments demonstrate optimal convergence orders and accurate shock capturing without spurious oscillations even in challenging cut configurations involving very small-cut cell intersections.
