This work proposes a parameterized optimization framework combining Reduced Order Modeling (ROM) and preconditioning techniques to accelerate structural optimization with Empirical Interscale Finite Element Method (EIFEM) and Discrete Empirical Interpolation Method (DEIM). The approach reduces computational costs by generating localized, parameter-dependent reduced operators from inexact gradients.
