We construct Fourier-Bessel wavelets as solutions to the Helmholtz equation on the unit disk with Neumann boundary conditions and derive their closed-form Fourier-domain representation; our construction enables a nearly linear spacing between consecutive radial eigenvalues, potentially improving frequency coverage in applications where it is beneficial.
