The paper studies quantitative stability for optimal transport problems with unbounded supports by estimating the worst-case class-uniform conditioning when a feasible plan is close to optimal. The main contribution is sharp bounds on the map error in terms of the proximity of the quadratic cost to optimality and the target constraint, which strictly improve previous results without assuming convexity or density bounds.
