Tldr We present LQCDMaster, a tool-augmented, skill-guided and domain-specialized scientific computing agent that generates executable PyQUDA workflows for LQCD research tasks from natural language descriptions, automating end-to-end computation and reducing implementation time to minutes while preserving numerical validation. The agent reproduces expert-written implementations in 90% of tasks at machine precision, opens new avenues for exploration, and pioneers agentic scientific computing for lattice QCD research.
