Large 2-transitive arcs

From MaRDI portal

A \(v\)-arc in a projective plane is a set of \(v\) points, no three of which are collinear. The author investigates the projective planes of order \(n\) which have a collineation group acting 2-transitively on a \(v\)-arc, when \(v \geq \frac{n}{2}\).
