Large bidiagonal matrices and random perturbations
From MaRDI portal
Abstract: This is a first paper by the authors dedicated to the distribution of eigenvalues for random perturbations of large bidiagonal Toeplitz matrices.
The paper is dedicated to the analysis of the distribution of eigenvalues for random perturbations of large bidiagonal Toeplitz matrices. The main result claims that in the limit of large matrix dimension and small enough random perturbations most eigenvalues belong to a small neighborhood of a certain ellipse.
