Matrices with maximum exponents in the class of doubly stochastic primitive matrices
From MaRDI portal
A characterization is provided of those doubly stochastic, primitive matrices for which the bounds for the exponents of primitivity, earlier obtained by \textit{M. Lewin} [Math. Z. 137, 21-30 (1974; Zbl 0276.15024)], are actually attained.
