More on effective potentials for revolving d-branes
From MaRDI portal
Abstract: We continue to investigate the effective potential between a pair of D-branes revolving around each other by using the technique of developed in our previous work. We determine the shape of the potential for general for a wide range of regions interpolating smaller and larger distances than the string scale . We also discuss the backreaction of the D-brane system to the space-time metric and the validity of our calculations.
