In this article, we establish a condition on generalized

-matrix rings, that assures that multiplicative maps are additive on generalized

-matrix rings under certain restrictions. And then, we apply our result for study of

-multiplicative isomorphism and

-multiplicative derivation on generalized

-matrix rings.
