Numerical methods for parabolic equation with a small parameter in time variable
From MaRDI portal
Following \textit{N. S. Bakhvalov} [Zh. Vychisl. Mat. Fiz. 9, 841-859 (1969; Zbl 0208.191)] a difference scheme with non-uniform time step for a parabolic equation with a small parameter on the derivative in time variable is constructed. The one-order uniform convergence of this scheme is proved. Numerical results are presented.
