The paper is a continuation of [Part~I, Math.\ Anal.\ Appl.\ 316, 1--8 (2006; Zbl 1099.47003); Part~II, J.~Oper.\ Theory 60, No.\,2, 239--251 (2008; Zbl 1164.47012)]. In those papers, the author introduced an interesting invariant subspace \({\mathcal M}\) of the Hardy space \(H^2\) on the torus \(\Gamma^2=\{(z,w):|z|=|w|=1\}\). In the present paper, the author determines the rank of cross commutators on \(H^2\ominus{\mathcal M}\). Then he studies situations when \({\mathcal M}\) is generated by \({\mathcal M}\ominus (z{\mathcal M}+w{\mathcal M})\) as an invariant subspace of \(H^2\).
