Heat conduction in an inhomogeneous half-space subject to a nonlinear boundary condition. Application of Bergman-type series

Take the linear heat equation with variable coefficients on the half space \(x>0\). For \(x=0\) a nonlinear boundary condition is given. Under these conditions Bergman-type series solutions are constructed. As special cases of the nonlinear boundary conditions the Robin condition and the Stefan-Boltzmann radiation condition for small times are considered.
