Let \(E^ +_ p\) be a half-space \(x_ p\geq 0\) of a p-dimensional Euclidean space \(E_ p\), \(G_ p\) be a bounded domain in \(E^ +_ p\) bounded by a part \(\Gamma^{(0)}\) of a hyperplane \(x_ p=0\) and by a surface \(\Gamma\); \(G_ 0=G\cup\Gamma^{(0)}\). An \(x_ p\)-even regular solution of the equation \(\Delta_ Bu=0\) where \(\Delta_ B=\Delta_{x'}+B_{x_ p}, B_{x_ p}=\partial^ 2/\partial x^ 2_ p+(k/x_ p)\partial/\partial x_ p\) is the Bessel operator, \(x'=(x_ 1,\ldots,x_{p-1})\), \(k>0\). The problem of finding in \(G_ 0\) a \(B\)-harmonic function with prescribed values at \(\Gamma\) is considered. Assertions on properties of \(B\)-harmonic functions and theorems of the existence of a generalized solution of the problem in question are proved.
