About topological Minkowski planes and topological affine planes.
The authors propose a very weak definition of topological Minkowski planes. In every derived affine plane, they require continuity of parallel projections and some kind of restricted continuity of intersection. They deduce that affine lines, cycles, generators and the entire point set all have the same connectedness properties, and that the point space is regular. A stronger notion of topological Minkowski planes (giving also stronger results) was considered by other authors, see \textit{G. F. Steinke} [Geom. Dedicata 32, No. 3, 341-351 (1989; Zbl 0706.51012)] and references given there. The paper concludes with a proof that the line space of a topological affine plane is regular.
