The conjugate hull \(\Psi(S)\) of a Brandt semigroup \(S\) is studied. It is shown that the full inverse subsemigroup \(T(S)\) of \(\Psi(S)\), considered by M. Petrich, is self-conjugate in \(\Psi(S)\).
