The author proves asymptotic estimates for the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of two operators \(T\) and \(T+P\) on a smooth, compact manifold. Here \(T\) is a discrete elliptic pseudodifferential operator and \(P\) is a bounded, selfadjoint operator.
