On solvability in a closed form of a class of singular integral equations with rotation and a regular part

The author studies the solvability in a closed form of singular integral equations of a specific form. By following an algebraic method he reduces such equations to a system of singular integral equations of Cauchy type and then obtains all solutions in a closed form. The paper contains six lemmas and three theorems as main findings.
