Abstract: An -dimensional manifold is said to be rationally -periodic if there is an element with the property that cupping with , is injective for and surjective when . We classify all compact simply connected biquotients which are rationally -periodic. In addition, we show that if a simply connected rationally elliptic CW-complex of dimension at least is rationally -periodic, then the cohomology ring is either singly generated, or is rationally homotopy equivalent to , , or .
