Abstract: We characterize the group $operatornameAut(mathbb{G}_2)$ for the symmetrized bidisc $mathbb{G}_2:=(lambd{a}_1+lambd{a}_2,lambd{a}_{1}lambd{a}_2):|lambd{a}_1|,|lambd{a}_2|<1subsetmathbb{C}^2$.
