The author estimates: a) the displacement rank of \( A_{T,S}^{(2)}U-VA_{T,S}^{(2)}\), where \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\) is the \((2)-\)inverse of \(A\), and b) the general displacement rank, by introducing first a generalized displacement concept.
