The aim of this paper is similar to the one of Ambartzumyan and Oganyan (see the preceding review) but it is devoted to functionals on planar bounded convex polygons. Given a functional \(\Psi\) defined on ``needles (oriented segments) and given a natural extension of \(\Psi\) to bounded convex polygons, if \(\Psi\) can be represented as an integral of a twice differentiable function defined on the flags (a flag being a pair \((P,h)\) with \(P\) a point and \(h\) an half-plane whose boundary contains \(P\)) then, under some additional conditions, \(\Psi\) determines a signed measure on \(\mathbb{R}^2\). The author also shows that the case of a functional \(\Psi\) defined on the ``corners (oriented angles) can be reduced to the needle case and it also treats the mixed case.
