To construct an efficient algorithm for solving the title free boundary problem, we replace the corresponding initial-boundary value problem by a problem of optimal control over a flow in boundary condition for a nonlinear equation in a fixed domain. We construct a grid approximation of this problem and suggest a method for solving it.
