Local characterization of invariant sets of an autonomous differential inclusion. Boundary of unstable manifolds

The paper is devoted to the investigation of dynamical invariants for system described by differential inclusions. The local structure of the boundary of forward projection (or equivalently, ``integral funnel) of a set of initial states of a differential inclusion is studied. The techniques used here are based on the Hamiltonian formalism and on differential geometric methods. An application to fine-motion planning in robotics is given.
