Abstract: This paper discusses the solvability (global in time) of the initial-boundary value problem of the Navier-stokes equations in the half space when the initial data $hindot{B}_{qsigma}^{alpha-frac2q}(R_{+})$ and the boundary data $gindot{B}_q^{alpha-frac1q,fracal2-frac12q}({mathbbR}^{n-1}imes{mathbbR}_{+})$ with $g_{n}indot{B}_q^{frac12alpha}({mathbbR}_{+};dot{B}_q^{-frac1q}({mathbbR}^{n-1}))cap{L}^q({mathbbR}_{+};dot{B}^{alpha-frac1q}(Rn))$, for any $0<alpha<2$ and $q=fracn+2alpha+1$. Compatibility condition is required for $h$ and $g$.
