Abstract: Let A=KQA/IA and B=KQB/IB be two finite-dimensional bound quiver algebras, fix two vertices ainQA and binQB. We define an algebra Lambda=KQLambda/ILambda, which is called a simple gluing algebra of A and B, where QLambda is from QA and QB by identifying a and b, ILambda=langleIA,IBangle. We prove that Lambda is Gorenstein if and only if A and B are Gorenstein, and describe the Gorenstein projective modules, singularity category, Gorenstein defect category and also Cohen-Macaulay Auslander algebra of Lambda from the corresponding ones of A and B.
