Abstract: We establish some new -improving bounds for the -simplex averaging operators that hold in dimensions . As a consequence of these -improving bounds we obtain nontrivial bounds with . In particular we show that the triangle averaging operator maps in dimensions . This improves quasi-Banach bounds obtained by Palsson and Sovine and extends bounds obtained by Greenleaf, Iosevich, Krauss, and Liu for the case of .
