Abstract: Let $mathcalA$ be a prime $ast$-algebra and $Phi$ preserves triple $ast$-Jordan derivation on $mathcalA$, that is, for every $A,BinmathcalA$, ${\displaystyle }$Phi(Adiamond B diamond C)=Phi(A)diamond Bdiamond C+Adiamond Phi(B)diamond C+Adiamond Bdiamond Phi(C)${\displaystyle }$ where $AdiamondB=AB+B{A}^{ast}$ then $Phi$ is additive. Moreover, if $Phi(alphaI)$ is self-adjoint for $alphain1,i$ then $Phi$ is a $ast$-derivation.
