Abstract: Let be a map between Riemannian manifolds and . The -bienergy of is defined by , where is the tension field of and . Critical points of are called -biharmonic maps. In this paper we will prove nonexistence result of proper -biharmonic maps when . In particular when , we get Liouville type results under proper integral conditions , which extend the related results of Baird, Fardoun and Ouakkas cite{BFO}.
